Hope is Contagious Too

Crossway isn’t just a school and apartments, we’re an intergenerational and multicultural community practicing creativity and learning for all families. During these unprecedented times, we are delivering hope to our school families through distance learning and ensuring the social safety and security of the 40 families with 95 children living on our campus.  

On our campus, we are witnessing beautiful moments where families are connecting and making wonderful art together, gardening, baking, sharing recipes and spreading hope.  While some parents in our intergenerational community are facing furloughs from outside employers, we are providing a social safety-net. For families employed by Crossway, we are doing our best to keep them employed through Montessori at Home distance learning, serving as Intergenerational Guides and creating micro-enterprises such as making cloth masks.
